Good building, no red flags.
Pros
Very responsive management, friendly landlord, well-maintained and clean building, quiet and peaceful environment. Maintenance issues were always quickly resolved.
Cons
A few instances of package theft, but there are cameras in the lobby, elevators, shared laundry room, and exterior doorways, and residents were notified to take precautions.
It was meh
Pros
Nice, safe area. Beautiful homes on 76th street. Laundry in building. Common areas were fairly clean (except for laundry room). Responsive super. Garbage chute made disposing trash easy.
Cons
Outdated units, had a lot of problems with the pipes. Cockroach problem. Poorly insulated. In the summer, the building is baking in the sun all day and it gets incredibly hot even with a strong AC unit. Elevator broke down easily.
Advice to the owners
Needs a lot of work done to modernize the property.
