Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback on buildings managed by David Eshaghoff reveals mixed experiences with management and building conditions. While some appreciate spacious apartments, reasonable water pressure, and occasional helpfulness from supers or staff like the assistant Geline, many renters report persistent pest infestations, poor maintenance, and security issues. Noise levels and neighbor behavior vary widely, with some buildings having considerate neighbors and others troubled by disruptive activities and squatters. Responsiveness from management is inconsistent, with some reviews noting timely repairs and others criticizing ongoing neglect and lease handling problems. Overall, management shows potential but needs greater attention to upkeep, pest control, and building security to improve tenant satisfaction.

Enjoyed my time

Pros

Nicely updated, super wasn’t friendly but got the job done. Management company was good enough. Nice neighbors!

Cons

Had a bad cockroach problem for two months. Coming from the neighbors. Super was minimally helpful, we had to solve the problem ourselves
