Mice and crazy people

Pros

Very nice location and larger apartment

Cons

There has been an ongoing mice problem throughout the entire building that management seems to be doing nothing about. The apartment has become unlivable as they are on the couch, etc. despite maintaining high levels of cleanliness. Super is also very non responsive - there have been burned out lights and mechanical issues with appliances that he has not helped with depsite multiple follow ups.

Advice to the owners

Treat the building for pests, get the Super to follow up on issues more diligently

Cons

Mice, and not great pest control to deal with them

Advice to the owners

Better pest control
