Elevator has always worked after 4 years of living here.

Pros
Fantastic building with new elevator, pest control sign up options, the best super in NYC (Manny, you are the best!) who is responsive and goes out of his way to help.
Cons
AJ Clarke is the property management company which took over the building a couple of years. Impossibly slow to respond, lazy brokers and managers. In 2024 they wanted each roommate to pay a broker's fee when we ourselves found a new tenant (what is the work done here by the broker exactly?).
