Not worth the hassle and price

Pros

Location. Close to shopping strip, supermarket, laundromat, and Gas station.

Cons

Rats nesting and run in and out of the trash area. Neighbors are loud, revs engine a lot. Mechanic lives nearby and takes up a lot of parking with cars he’s working on.
