Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved the location.
Cons:
Building was sold twice over my 5 years there. The first round of management were not responsive. There were constantly fire alarm batteries going off in the building and I would beg them to come replace the batteries. There is no super on-site and the team that was hired when I was there would come and yell at tenants when there were issues. When the new owners came in, they evicted myself and the other tenant on the floor without giving us the option to renew our leases- the reason was that the owner wanted his units back. When we were moving out, they deducted from our security deposit because we left items in good condition on the stoop (like everyone does in Brooklyn).
