Rude neighbors 1st floor
Pros
Close to the train, and grocery stores. Apartment was recently renovated and has a very large living room and kitchen. Both bedrooms are very large with tons of storage space.
Cons
Squeaky floors. Had to walk on our tippy toes at night so we didn’t make noise late at night. Otherwise the neighbors on the first floor would bang on the ceiling. Also didn’t feel comfortable inviting friends over late at night due to neighbors complaining on first floor front side of the building
Advice to the owners
Put in new floors that aren’t squeaky such as a floating floor
