Terrible Management Company/Maintained Building

Pros

Nice neighbors. Interesting, spacious apartments.

Cons

Ceiling collapsed after complaining of leaks for months, renter intimidation/harassment, management company ignores tenants. When I moved in the apartment smelled like a sewer because someone working on the apartment used a broken toilet and they didn't clean/repair it. A neighbor went months without working toilet. A good location and interesting apartments but terribly maintained by a horrible company. Illegal practices regarding returning security deposits and leases. I cannot express to you how much it is not worth the time and energy dealing with these people.

Advice to the owners

Sell the building. Worst owners/management company truly ever.
