Former tenant·9 months ago

Great building, street could be improved

Pros

The building is well taken care of - immediate response from super & porter when issues arise which is rare. Trash is handled daily. Package room is closely monitored and theft is rare. Neighbors are lovely and the building is very solid so there is little noise across apartments.

Cons

The street is bad. Tons of trash, homelessness, and drug use. The building has taken steps to mitigate the issue, like contacting police and hiring private security, but the city needs to take action. Street can get very loud with people screaming.

Great location but apartments need updating

Pros

Great location that is really close to the trains. Building is kept very clean inside. No pest.

Cons

Surrounding areas can be a bit dangerous. Outside the entrance is usually dirty in the mornings.
