Charming UES Apartment
Pros
Great super, great location, good neighbors, good trash management, nicely maintained hallway & stairwell.
Cons
The apartment was quirky with an elevated bathroom right off of the kitchen, some extremely hot and variable water temperatures, and inconsistentheating. No in building washer/ dryers.
Advice to the owners
A lot of the quirks are not easily fixable and are more structural issues with the building, so I might just say install some sink and shower fixtures that help control the water temperatures and maybe consider fixing the loud heaters if possible and potentially regulating the heat better.

- In Unit never works - a few roach sightings - they don’t let new people join you on the lease if your roommate moves out and you want a friend to take their place they won’t allow it (unless you are the only person on the lease) - Christmas decorations up all year lol
