The lobby is big.
Cons:
Management does not care what you report. I’ve had issues in my home with water leaks, paint repair, pests & rodents, no heat, no hot water. They don’t care and half the time you will need to take it upon yourself to fix it. The owner of the building is a young guy, tall, brown hair, extremely rude too to his tenant.
Advice to owner:
Be nicer to your tenants and fix their issues instead of running them out. We’re not just a dollar sign.
