Decent place, slow to fix repairs

Decent place for the price.

Cons

Way too hard to get repairs done, even when pressing things like leaks. Tiny kitchen w no vent over stove. Broken front door. Owner delinda doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't do email. Unclear how to pay rent. Slow to cash checks.

Advice to the owners

Fix the place up, it could be worth way more rent.
