If you want to live with mice, this is the place for you.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was close to the train station and it was nice to be around a safe neighborhood.
Cons:
Was dirty, cockroaches. We lived there with a mice infestation that they didn't really help or try to hire an exterminator to fix.
Advice to owner:
Treat tenants better, we're all human. It's disgusting to be living in with rodents.
