- garbage disposal outside of building in locked dumpster, reduces pests - very clean
Cons
- construction in the building across the street has been ongoing for a few months, very loud starting at 7:30am on most days

Great short term rental
Pros
The building was very clean and the manager and maintenance were attentive to tenants needs. Great location, kitchen appliances were fine, very quiet in the building. I rarely heard my neighbors.
Cons
There was some funkiness with the heating - Loud clanging, strange smells, plastic handles that would break easily. But honestly, pretty easy to ignore.
