Black Mold and Landlord Lies

Cons

We moved in and the stairs were awful. He promised they would be fixed within a week. A week turned into years. Even when we moved out they weren't fixed. Black mold that was painted over twice. It rained inside our building every few weeks. Rats and Mice all the time. No heat when the rent was late.
