During my time living in this building, the environment was unsafe and deeply traumatizing, especially for families with children. There were frequent incidents of people being attacked without provocation by individuals who did not even reside in the building. The doormen consistently failed to properly monitor or verify who was entering as visitors. The superintendent was extremely rude and unprofessional and appeared to face no accountability for his behavior. Management was consistently unresponsive and dismissive when concerns were raised. Most importantly, there was a complete lack of safety, making this building an unsuitable and dangerous place for families to live.
Advice to the owners
Improve building security, enforce visitor verification, hold staff accountable, and respond promptly to tenant concerns to ensure a safe environment for families.
