Very very dirty stairs and hallway; trash was kept inside the building out in the open on the first floor

Location.. that’s about it “Rent” not really ..

-RIGHT NEXT TO THE FISH MARKET.. so yeah you’ll be smelling all that everyday lol -Welp it’s 120 year old building -Bathroom is through the kitchen -No roof access -stairs stairs stairs .. oh and more stairs -spiders in the staircase -rarely cleaned -homeless people set up shop at the door so you sometimes have to wake them up so they can move -tiny supermarket downstairs has its doors opened up with panties and bras hanging out ... “aesthetics”

Advice to the owners

The building payed for itself 100 years ago.. we get it, location is great but please invest some money in the upkeep of the property. Stop raising rent on people during a pandemic
