Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by Debra Peltz reveals a mixed management experience. Tenants consistently note responsive and helpful management and maintenance staff, appreciating fairness in rent and convenientlocation. However, pest issues, especially mice and cockroaches in garbage areas and apartments, are a recurring problem. Cleaning and garbage management receive varied reviews, sometimes falling short, affecting building safety and comfort. Water quality and pressure occasionally draw criticism, though heating is generally reliable. Concerns about security and package theft have also been raised. Prospective renters should expect attentive management but may need to be prepared for ongoing challenges in building cleanliness and pest control.
