Great place to live

Location in East Harlem, close to transportation, close to major shopping area
Cons:
Next to metro north so you always hear the train

Good situation

Pros:
Great live in super. Responsiveness timely. Follow up great. Rent control. 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Great light.
Cons:
Heat was great (never cold) but old school and very loud. Issues w deposit back. (Fought tooth and nail!)
