So many major problems

Pros

The neighbors are very quiet

Cons

The Land Lord keeps all of the garbage cans in the lobby and he basically gives no heat in the winter. The heat doesn’t get turned on unless the temperature drops into the low 20s apparently Mayor Adams made that Legal.

Advice to the owners

Lower your asking price for the building. I am hoping the next owner will be more competent
