Pros

Perfectly situated 5 minutes walking from train station , nice and quiet at night whilst still gettin the comforting sounds of the distant train, 24hrs tasty Caribbean restaurant ( affordable) in the neighborhood . Great skyline view if you’re on a high floor . Nice quiet building most days perfect for singles and small families . Property manager is nice and willing to work with you on rent if you fall a little behind

Cons

Major ongoing pest issue , first year I moved in was great but after a year or so all of a sudden pests in every nook and cranny and haven’t changed habits or leave food out , couldn’t get help from super and exterminator visits not much help either . Hard sometimes for packages to get delivered into building
