Broken door with glass on the floor took over a week to clean and repair

Apartments are newly renovated and quiet
Cons
Very rarely had problems but when something went wrong there was no response from management or super. Someone kicked in the door and it took over a week of complaining for someone to come and repair the door and clean up broken glass that was all over the entryway and lobby.

Gem in Fort Greene
Pros
Nearby bodegas, Mr. Mango grocery store, and park. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of cultural happenings. Clean building w great super, cool neighbors, and reasonable landlord.
Cons
Apartments that face Fulton street have the bus stop, which can be loud when the hydraulics are going up or down.
Advice to the owners
Soundproof windows on Atlantic. Otherwise it’s a great building.
