Starter apartment with comfortable kitchen
Pros
The full size fridge with an open living space and natural light.
Cons
The building is a bit older and you might occasionally require repairs but landlord is very responsive.

Renovated and close to subway stations
Pros
Renovated building, quite street, tree lined, excellent AC and heat, strong water pressure, nice landlord, close to subway station
Cons
Small unit size, no laundry (closest is a few blocks away)
