Spacious layouts, good light exposure, convenient location and a quieter corner, good amenities, friendly staff.

Quiet and generally clean

Pros

Good doormen, quiet, convenient location. Haven’t had any major issues over the years. Maintenance is responsive to issues and requests.

Cons

Gym hours are not convenient 7-10. Some doormen are not the nicest, don’t even look up when you walk by. Laundry room always has issues. Elevators occasionally out of service
