Pros

I lived here from Jan - Sept 2021 and had nothing but positive experiences. The doormen are the nicest and knew your name. Management responsive to all concerns, though I didn’t have many.

Cons

No real major cons. There was a long ongoing construction project when I lived there that caused some noise.

The heat makes the loudest noises. Can’t sleep
