Nice and clean but long elevator lines

They are very responsive and try to help. Fixing issues quickly

Not enough elevators and if one is out (happens less often now but still more than it should) there is a long wait. A little on the pricy side

in unit W/D, doorman, elevator working well

Cons

times square is right across from the street and can hear the noise until 3 am. siren is off all nights and I am going crazy. Doormen are not the nicest, package room hours are limited (opens til 8pm)
