It’s a good building, overpriced and a bit old
Pros
It’s an amazing building, concierge and doorman are amazing and management is good. The apartments are nice but there’s 900+ units.
Cons
It’s a bit older side and overpriced for the slightly dated bathrooms and washer and dryers
Advice to the owners
New appliances would be nice

Best building ever
Pros
We have lived here for over 3 years and we love it. The doormen are really nice, management is responsive, we don’t hear the neighbors and have also hosted several parties without any problem… everything has worked perfectly.
Cons
The gym could be bigger. I usually use the treadmill and sometimes they were all busy.
