Nice building with bad management company

Pros

Building is decent, NYC skyline views from the rooftop, community garden on the roof, and neighbors are nice.

Cons

Any in unit issues with appliances and such you'll be waiting weeks to months to get things fixed. Also, 8th rooftop space has seats but 12th floor roof does not so you get nice views but no place to sit.

Advice to the owners

Be more responsive to tenant issues

Not terrible but room for improvement

Pros

There is a very friendly doorman and the terrace on the roof is nice. You can have parties and invite people over to hang there during the summer. I have not seen any roaches or rodents in my apartment and the public areas are very well kept

Cons

The rooms need more insulation because sometimes even when the heater is on it is still cold. Sometimes there are random people in the downstairs main lobby even though you have to be let into the building. Sometimes the sidewalk outside is not clean on the weekends. The water needs some work
