New Management Terrible

Pros

great location, great apartment layout, washer dryer dishwasher, great neighbors

Cons

New Management is terrible. Never answers the phone. We lost heat and hot water for a week. Then no water at all. No communication. I miss our live in super. Making dumb renovations to increase rent.

If you're on the south side of the building, the light is incredible

If you're on the south side of the building, the noise is horrible The trash all goes in the central air shaft and it can get super gross down there I dealt with village dwellings and they were patronizing POSs
