Former tenant·11 months ago

decent building location

Pros

good water pressure, good location

Cons

management's an asshole, destabilized rent, package thieves

Advice to the owners

be more accommodating

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Nice updated building in phenomenal location

Pros

Well taken-care of, quiet neighbors, responsive landlord/super, updated appliances, not a luxury building but definitely nice. Has a rooftop that you can sit on, though the view is just OK. Laundry room is kept clean. Phenomenal location on the same block as a 7 train entrance.

Cons

As a tenant, I pay for both gas and electricity. The gas bill can be high in winter because the insulation is mediocre so you have to up the heat (the heat does work well!). Gym could use updating, but it does the job.

Advice to the owners

Add umbrellas to the roof for the summer months!
