Decent Building, Great Location

Pros

Close to subways, clean and well maintained building.

Cons

Very thin walls/ceilings, neighbors get worked up over poor noise isolation. Very few laundry machines for how many units there are.

Pros

Great building! I lived here for two years. Clean and well maintained entry and halls, never saw pests of any kind. Wonderful, responsive super. Nice apartment. Management fine.

Cons

None really, just moved because we wanted more space.
