Beautiful Brownstone in Bed Stuy

Pros

Gorgeous brownstone with original crown moldings, woodwork, and most of the original fixtures remain present. South facing rear backyard with sunroom and a porch. Located on a quiet and residential street.

Cons

Property management was difficult to communicate with and made shoddy fixes that were often bandaids for large issues. The house is well kept but is beginning to show signs of its age in the floors and original fixtures being warped and coming apart. Poor choice in appliances.
