Harassment, Intimidation, Retaliation, Uninhabitable issues

Pros

The apartment view- but you can’t see it or enjoy it because the windows are dirty and other conditions make it uninhabitable.

Cons

I have not enjoyed the view for a minute due to severe issues, but worst of all- -intimidation, harassment, retaliation, threats, false accusations, framing, lying, gaslighting if you attempt to get anything fixed or report problems. Pretty sick. -as I am actively suffering and begging to have my bed moved to get out of physical harm from vibration during medical hardship, they decide to send me a legal notice with false and disingenuous accusations to threaten me and continue to try to force me out of the building. -severe vibration from HVACs. I was told they would fix it months ago but they’ve since refused. -severe vibration from other sources accompanied by noises like humming and drumming in the walls. -no response to emergency issues like this and inability to be in your apartment. I asked to move my bed to a vacant apartment so I could have surgery and have somewhere to sleep. Nothing. It is so dehumanizing, I am in physical agony which absolutely devastating and traumatizing. -serious noise issues between apartments because the real part of the walls don’t go all the way to the windows, and not well insulated in the window area above and below apartments. -incredibly dirty windows with white drips streaming down, cloudiness, dirt between panes. -no noise barrier to the outside. You hear everything as if you live outside at times when the windows are in this condition. -flys keep getting in. -my floor is sloped by approx one inch according to my measurements using a leveler. -the fridge is incredibly loud and didn’t stop humming and buzzing for months to the point I had to shut it off overnight it was so severe. It is still having flashing lights and indicators of ice maker issues that aren’t acknowledged. -you will be left in crisis with an uninhabitable apartment and no immediate help or place to stay. Can destroy your life. You can’t do anything without a safe home. - Someone’s hvac is currently shaking my apartment and is so loud it’s hurting my heart like I’m at a loud concert next to a speaker. -there are clearly mechanical issues. -there was an infestation of little black bugs in apartment below me, they were coming out of the woodworks. -all mantainence requests get deleted as retaliation. -I feel I am being bullied as I desperately try to get help with urgent issues (for months now), only to be harassed with emails that I’m the one violating my lease because someone said they heard my tv once through a wall that had holes between apartments. Suddenly I’m “causing noise issues”…though I have video where you can clearly hear my neighbors tv through my wall. And I know other residents have experienced this however the person whose tv they were hearing was not threatened, harassed, or bullied, or sent threats about being in violation of lease like me…instead they found a solution by changing the location of tv on the wall. -Can hear the walls cracking and creaking like crazy due to the pressure. -I cannot recommend moving into 43k, as you will find out what the problems are over time. -I have developed internal shaking and severe tremors that won’t go away due to being trapped in the vibration and shaking. -I could go on. -they have been trying to get me to leave the building due to issues with their apartments.

Advice to the owners

Address serious and deep building and apartment issues. It will catch up with you and this apartment could completely cave in and the floor collapse due to the excessive vibration and force one day. When peoples apartments become uninhabitable and they are suffering physical harm - you have to provide a place to stay or the compensation stay somewhere. Do not bully people or create false smear campaigns against people requesting repairs, and maintain apartments instead.
