Decent no frills
Pros
The building is rent stabilized with all utilities included. Once you are in your apartment you don’t hear your neighbors unless they are loud going up and down the stairs. I never hear them inside their units.
Cons
Some neighbors are very loud or refuse to follow the lease agreement and have rugs covering 80% of their floor as a result you hear them walking above you every day, moving furniture, even their dog crying through the ceiling.
Constant harassment here

Cons
Ants, don’t know where they are coming from. Sometimes packages get sent to the mall office instead of unit. Update: have been harassed by a tenant in 4f for a year, she films me, constantly walks by my windows, never leashes her dog, filmed me in a shirt that was see through. Management has done nothing. If you move here avoid 535 or you’ll get harassed
