-Mail/ packages were never secure. If you left your mailbox locked, the carrier would just stuff it all in any open box unsorted -lights in the apartment needed replacing, many of which requests fell on deaf ears -no functional smoke detectors in any room in the apartment, huge fire hazard -no laundry in building -mold growing inside walls of bathroom. The mold would spread into bedroom that shared a wall with the bathroom. His solution was to just hire a painter to paint over the spot in the bedroom and not actually solve the mold problem. -last but certainly not least, dealt with a huge roach infestation that was never properly handled
Advice to the owners
Take up a new hobby besides owning apartments. You don’t just collect checks every month, you have a responsibility to the tenants to provide a safe and healthy place to live. It is literally the bare minimum.
