Management is awful, the super is sweet

Pros

The super is incredibly sweet and helpful which made living here tolerable.

Cons

Management is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. They failed to inform residents of a building ownership change and never know any information about the units, argue with you as to what your lease says, and threaten legal action over whatever they feel like if the "Leasing Manager" you're talking to is in a bad mood that day. I doubt he can tell the difference between his a$$ and his face. The rent price increases, plus their usage of brokers, is pathetic. Go to hell, Choice NY Management.

Advice to the owners

Get a better management company, slumlord.
