Management is super unresponsive, so you can go months-years without repairs. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Terrible Management and Building

Pros

Nothing...I hated everything about this place.

Cons

There were cockroaches in the unit. The landlord or super never responded to any concerns. Heat was turned on way past when it should have been turned on (in december). Terrible experience.
