Good Location, solid apartment

Pros:
Location is great, door service is great, neighbors are quiet
Cons:
Have seen cockroaches 3 times in half a year, even after the monthly exterminator. There’s construction happening besides the building, many sirens from ambulances.

Consider finding a more effective pest control company. The current one does not address the issues at hand
