Quiet, Great Area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy to get anywhere in the city. Lots of local coffee shops. Decent size.
Cons:
I would shower at the gym because the water temperature goes from scalding hot to freezing cold. There are roaches. Super is unresponsive and my buzzer broke. My mailbox was also broken from the time I moved in.
Advice to owner:
maintain the building for the long term - skip the shortcuts

Nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is in a central location.
Cons:
The levels of hygiene and management responsiveness with cleanliness and safety issues is abysmal. There have been mouse infestations all year, a burst and stinky sewage pipe that went unaddressed for weeks, a break in to the building due to unlocked doors, and the super is aggressive if at all he is around. COVID measures were disregarded, garbage is rarely taken out, carpets aren't clean and the patio has been non-functional for 2+ years. It's an unsafe environment and the constant construction around this block doesn't help. Don't live here, it would be a mistake.
Advice to owner:
Fix safety and hygiene problems that tenants and owners bring up in a timely fashion.
