Former Tenant
Pros:
The owner does take care of the lobby areas, laundry area and keeps it very clean. The super is very responsive and they do fix things fairly quickly. In general, the building is maintained very well. Also, I never smell any second hand cigarette smoke from other units coming into mine. This is excellent.
Cons:
However, the less expensive apartments are not kept up to date. Some of the bathroom tiles are very old and have mold issues. Also, since it is privately owned, stronger rules for noise interruptions during “quiet hours” should be enforced.
Advice to owner:
Update the outdated bathrooms. Change the old tiles to clean out the mold. Mold causes health issues. It’s a known fact.

Worst experience ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is clean and quiet
Cons:
Long story short , owner and management family practice discrimination easily
Advice to owner:
Start accepting people, we are all humans , no need to humiliate or make people feel they are less of humans
