Reviews

Former tenant·1 month ago

cute spot, terrible management

Pros

great neighbors on floor 2, unit gets lots of great light, super is responsive, has some uniqueness and charm

Cons

the building management is totally out of their depth - only hires friends to do repair work (they are often unlicensed and hard to contact), the manager of the building (kalitsaros realty) can't handle arranging for repairs on their own and basically expects tenants to manage the building themselves.

Advice to the owners

hire a competent and experienced property manager who can make sure things are functioning
