Spacious apartment, washer dryer in unit

Cons

Roaches in the apartment, had to cover ever hole nook and cranny and they’d still find a way. Basement level flooded, landlord sucks and just lies compulsively.

Mandatory building fumigation, proper drainage system on first floor
