- neighbors that keep to themselves -working elevator - easy access to multiple train lines

Cons

-next to the bqe so very loud once in awhile if ur apt faces that direction - lots of dust so can’t really open the window (bqe adjacent apts) - -have had issues with

Nice & Quiet

Pros

Neighbors are friendly and respectful, it’s in a quiet neighborhood, and the Super is fast to respond to messages, but it takes awhile for him to do anything about it.
