Management response time
Pros
The neighborhood is challenging, but I see some good changes.
Cons
In terms of Landlord, Management falls short on addressing Rodents, Roaches, broken mailboxes, Broken Laundry facilities, and could use heat on a day when needed during the winter. The front door appears to be a revolving door with visitors and loud music 24/7
Advice to the owners
Advice would be to have better communication and response time to tenants, rather than avoiding situations that more than enough turn into confrontations because of a lack of responsiveness and blaming the tenants for complaining. Tread lightly on biased attacks from management and its agents.
