Review Summary for W.p Owners Corp
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for W.P OWNERS CORP buildings reveals mixed management experiences. While some buildings are praised for cleanliness, adequate heating, and quiet neighbors, others suffer from poor pest control, thin walls causing noise disturbances, and unresponsive management. Complaints often focus on ignored tenant concerns, ongoing pest issues with minimal management intervention, and inconsistent enforcement of building policies. Some residents appreciate the convenient locations and well-functioning amenities, yet a portion of tenants report frustration with management's slow responsiveness and treatment. Prospective renters should anticipate variability in management quality across properties, with tenant support and maintenance responsiveness being significant factors to consider.

Not a great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Across the street from a strip of stores and restaurants
Cons:
This is not an ideal living situation. BRG management is horrible. They are not responsive and ignore calls and emails. They do not reinforce carpeting requirements making it impossible to get adequate sleep due to banging above that constantly shakes the whole apartment. The walls and floors are extremely thin so everything can be heard day and night. There are roaches and rats that come through the radiators. Not at all an ideal living situation
Advice to owner:
Don’t ignore tenants

Pest Control Lacking
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Location was really nice
Cons:
- Mice everyday and being responsible for it because the management barely did anything.
Advice to owner:
That building needs a huge revamping and fix the spaces in the walls to baseboard that makes it easy for things to come through.

Nice building, heinous management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice building, always easy to find parking, parks and jogging trails near by and it’s a mile from Bell Blvd, lots of great restaurants.
Cons:
The only problem I’ve had has been with the management company/co-op. Absolutely heinous treatment of tenants, contestant issues with elevators not working, unwilling to handle pest issues ect. Think about an ideal property management company, now picture the exact opposite, that’s what you get here.
Advice to owner:
Get a new management company. The actual apartment owner is great, and this issue is out of his control.
