Great location, poorly run

Great location, small building, has some charm
Cons
There is no heat in the building. ConEd bills have cost upwards of $2k some months. The management company is incredibly unresponsive, they used to be semi helpful but now are radio silent whenever there is something wrong with the apartment. Issues with leaks and plumbing as well. Building also tried to increase our rent by 31%

Management was unresponsive with a handful of unsafe and hazardous apartment issues. Would not recommend
