First and Worst Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, bodega across street, lived on first floor and had backyard, pets allowed
Cons:
BEWARE: LOTS OF PESTS including mice. Everything is slanted and crooked. Owner would not respond on a timely manner. Beware of owner holding onto security deposit.
Advice to owner:
Hire actual professionals and exterminator.
