Super is amazing who will handle anything you ask. Garbage is taken out promptly

The super is a phenomenal guy and will help you whenever you need. heat comes up quickly and shower is always very hot

Garbage can pile up in garbage rooms

Have an exterminator come in every few weeks

Huge apartments

Pros:
Convenient and clean. The apartments here are huge one bedrooms. Neighbors keep to themselves and the walls are so thick you can’t hear anyone. It’s a block away from the subway. Close to everything.
Cons:
It’s a walk up and right across from a parking garage that blocks traffic religiously at 6:45 AM weekdays. Be ready for a daily alarm. Or live in the back of the building.
Advice to owner:
Net the shaft so that there are no pigeons. And there are mice...
