Very Responsive Property Manager
Pros
- The property owner is incredibly responsive. Day or night. Prior to moving in, he replaced the shower head so that we had more water pressure without prompting, and did not charge us for this adjustment. He provided air conditioners for every room of the air apartment, for free so long as they stay with the apartment, and has installed them/uninstalled them as needed. He has come over as soon as same-day to resolve issues. - There haven't been any major issues here. Once the water pressure was a little low, but fixed the same day by cleaning something somewhere (a pipe I guess?). - Nice layout and size - washer/dryer combo in unit! - everything but electric and wifi included.
Cons
There are occasionally cockroaches that get in from outside, but no signs of infestation whatsoever. We lived here for two years, and honestly the building is just old. There are cracks and such. Property manager has an exterminator come regularly, especially in alignment with the change of seasons to do what they can to prevent any more from coming in. The situation is manageable.
