HORRIBLE NEW MANAGEMENT
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location Excellent smart super
Cons:
Building is run by one of the owners son who has no idea what he is doing!! Disrespectful and entitled! Cheep to repair laundry machines which are constantly broken, same as the elevators. Mice in building was will most likely come to you through heating machine - heads up! Cockroaches and/or Waterbeds will be your neighbors! Enjoy!
Advice to owner:
Like he would listed! Ha!

Great super & great management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management and the super were very nice and always helpful. Plus the super lived in the building which was especially helpful when me or my roommate would get locked out. Archie and julio were the best super/management team within my few years of living in NYC buildings.
Cons:
They were doing construction for over a year and during that time a few packages were stolen because the front door was frequently left open. However, they did end up installing cameras which helped with the theft and the renovations looked really nice.
Advice to owner:
My only advice would be to allow direct deposits for rent rather than sending checks or delivering them in person. It’s 2021.
